Roden House is an amendment to a consented apartment block in Clapham, created in collaboration with architectural practice GPAD and MJP Planning.
The project will feature a striking modern craft façade, complemented by verdant landscaping and interiors defined by raw materiality throughout the interiors.

Comprising nine thoughtfully designed homes, Roden House blends contemporary living with a focus on quality and detail. Natural light, texture, and flow are carefully considered to create spaces that feel functional, warm, and connected to the rhythm of daily life. Located within one of Clapham’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, it offers a balance of modern design and a sense of place.
