We’re very excited to welcome three new team members in recent months.
Peter Williamson
Development Manager
Peter joined Kinland in September 2023 as development manager. Originally qualifying and practising as an architect, Peter later moved into Project then Development management. He has worked on residential, education and commercial projects both consultancy and client side as well as acting as Main Contractor. This has given him a strong understanding of design management, buildability and value, making him a keen problem solver for all things construction. Peter has a passion for residential architecture and sustainability. He combines his interest in development, construction and architecture to create design-led homes with Kinland.
Paul Easlea
Financial Controller
Paul joined Kinland in May 2023, to head up the day to day financial activities of the business and to support the Board. With an extensive background in Construction and Property Development, Paul brings with him all the necessary tools and experience to run Kinland’s back office finance function. Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant with key responsibilities covering accounting, financial modelling & forecasting, treasury, taxation and payroll activities.
Alex McGarel-Groves
Commerical Manager
Alex joined Kinland in September 2023 after a varied career in property as consultant, developer and latterly as part of a principal contractor. He draws on over 2 decades of experience in residential-led development and has a talent for resolving complex challenges and finding best value in otherwise problematic construction projects. Alex helps manage the commercial aspects of the development cycle and oversees the construction phase of Kinland’s portfolio. Beyond his professional achievements, Alex has a genuine passion for creating thriving communities and sustainable living spaces. His commitment to excellence in construction and development is rooted in a desire to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency in every project, ultimately enhancing the built environment and the well-being of those who call it home.
